About auticon and your role
auticon is an international IT consultancy that exclusively employs people on the autism spectrum as consultants in the fields of data science, cybersecurity, and quality assurance. As a social enterprise, auticon aims to increase employment opportunities for autistic adults. The primary role of the Senior Job Coach is to provide emotional and practical support for auticon consultants, ensuring they can fulfil their potential. You are responsible for facilitating the working relationship between consultant and clients, including negotiating reasonable adjustments, conducting workplace assessments, advising on communication strategies, and educating on workplace etiquette. You will play a fundamental role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of auticon consultants as well as acting as a source of advice and expertise for other job coaches.
We are the catalyst for change in the employment of Neurodiverse employees. Both our Consultancy and Inclusion Services work in parallel to support the social mission of auticon. The neurodiversity inclusion services have been providing training to prestigious clients since 2019, but in 2022, we launch our advanced training offering and official advisory offering. We support businesses throughout the employment lifecycle to improve and build awareness, before improving and creating inclusive practices internally and during recruitment.
